Refund Policy
At Ghand Collection, each piece is carefully handcrafted and, in many cases, made to order. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than a verified fault or damage.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing GhandCollection1@gmail.com with:
– Your order number
– Clear photographic and/or video evidence of the issue
– Confirmation that the item has not been worn or used
Failure to report an issue within this timeframe may result in your request being declined.
All items must be returned:
Unworn and unused
– In original packaging
– With all tags attached
– We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return Fees & Process
If a return is approved at our sole discretion,
the following conditions apply:
– Return shipping is the full responsibility of the customer
– Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable
– A £5 handling and processing fee will be deducted from the total refund
– Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Ghand Collection is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
All returns are subject to approval. We advise customers to carefully review their order before completing their purchase.
Order Changes & Cancellations
All orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations, amendments, or changes after an order has been confirmed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including size and shipping information, are correct at the time of purchase.
Product Disclaimer
Colour Variations: Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. This does not constitute a defect.
Handcrafted Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our garments, slight variations (approximately 5–10%) in embroidery, embellishments, and finishing may occur. These are inherent characteristics and not considered faults.
Vintage Materials: Many of our pieces incorporate vintage borders and materials. These may show signs of age, including minor wear, irregularities, or imperfections. These features are part of the authenticity and uniqueness of the product and are not considered defects.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations. Returns based on these characteristics will not be accepted.
Care Instructions: All garments must be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or care.
Sale Items
All sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Items may be discounted due to clearance, minor imperfections, or variations. These will not be considered faults under any circumstances.
Refunds
Once a return has been approved and received, you will be notified via email.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are binding and cannot be cancelled once the stated deadline has passed.
As these items are produced specifically based on confirmed orders, no modifications, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted once production has commenced.
Responsibility & Liability
Returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Ghand Collection.
Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received. Any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging/tags may result in refusal of the return.
We do not accept liability for any items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Proof of postage must be retained by the customer.

By placing an order with Ghand Collection, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Returns Policy in full.
