Ghand Collection Return & Refund Policy

 

We understand that customers may not always receive a product as expected or may change their minds after purchasing an item.

Returns & Exchanges

Currently, Ghand Collection does not offer exchanges or refunds unless you receive a damaged or faulty item. If this occurs, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by sending an email to [email protected] with the following details:

Pictures of the defective item Item has not been worn

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Once we review your request, we will provide further instructions on how to return the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Fees & Process

If a return is accepted, please note:

A £5 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Returns must be sent within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging. Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping; we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. Please ensure you select the correct size and enter the correct shipping address before completing your purchase.

Product Disclaimer

Colour Variations: Product colours may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or device settings.

Hand Embroidery & Variations: Most of our products are hand-embroidered and may have a 5%-10% variation from the images shown. Product embellishments may shift slightly, which is not considered a fault.

Care Instructions: Handle garments with care due to their delicate nature.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items may be discounted due to end-of-season clearance, minor markings, slight damage, or colour differences. Such discrepancies will not be classified as faults.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds typically take 5 days to process, but some payment providers may take up to 14 days to credit your account.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the deadline has passed. These items are specially made based on pre-paid orders, so we cannot modify or cancel them after production begins.

Responsibility & Accountability

If you intend to return a purchase, you must take reasonable care of the item. The goods remain your responsibility until they reach us in the same condition as received. All returns are inspected upon arrival. Damaging the item, its packaging, or labels may result in a refused return.

 

We do not accept liability for any items lost in transit, so we strongly recommend using a tracked and recorded delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
